This is logical, as sound professional knowledge forms the foundation of success. However, experience teaches us that developing a personal and caring leadership style is equally important and often provides more fulfillment. In this way, you feel recognized for your value as a leader or professional, allowing you to evolve into a powerful yet vulnerable and caring key figure within the organization.

Connective Communication forms the basis for a coaching leadership style in which authenticity is central. The goal is to strengthen you as a leader and professional in your interpersonal communication and your communication toward employees. Caring leadership inspires other employees to show respect and empathy for one another and helps teams on the path toward self-management. Values that too often remain a dead letter as an addition to an organization’s mission and vision are brought concretely and directly to the work floor thanks to this training.

Connective Communication is a communication concept based on Marshall Rosenberg’s ‘Nonviolent Communication’ philosophy. In this connective communication training, we provide a deeper exploration of the model based on communication principles from sources such as NLP. We have integrated and translated all these insights into a powerful and effective communication model that is easy to learn. After a little practice, the principles are immediately applicable in a professional environment.

During the training, you will learn to formulate messages in an effective and respectful manner, listen empathically to each other’s needs, and thus communicate connectively without triggering resistance. Empathic listening fosters creativity and openness to find a solution that takes all needs into account: those of the employee, yours as a leader or professional, and those of the organization.

Target Audience

For professionals who want to communicate clearly and respectfully, even in difficult conversations.
